blog #27; last giveaway of IN LOVE AND WAR, popular historical novel, for the foreseeable future; Seeking freelancers to bid on doing marketing research work for my audiobook version of novel; other books (story collections) to be made into audiobooks in not so distant future

From 5/29-5/31 I am giving away free digital copies of IN LOVE AND WAR, before releasing the audio version at the beginning of July.  Also, I am planning to do at least one other audiobook in the not too distant future featuring my short fiction.  At the same time, I also am working on the novel A CONTRITE SPIRIT, and gathering marketing information for my novel.  I am not a marketing expert, but I have a small amount of money to devote to hiring a short term marketing assistant.

Blog # 26; New Releases Coming Soon; Fine People: New and Selected Stories soon to be available on KDP Vella; IN LOVE AND WAR release on July 6th; digital version of FINE PEOPLE coming soon

 I have been very busy lately working with the talented Jimmy Moreland to create a audiobook version of my debut novel, IN LOVE AND WAR.  You can find a link to the first fifteen minutes below:

The entirety of the audiobook will be available for sale on July 6th on Audible, iTunes, and Amazon.  Note: If you are a book reviewer or a YouTuber who reviews books, please contact me on this site about getting a free review copy.

A new platform on KDP digital is being released, at a date TBD, called Vella.  I have made the entirety of the short story collection Fine People: New and Selected Stories, available there.  The first three stories are free. The other stories are offered at a very low price, mere pennies, per story.

The regular kdp and paperback editions of this collection will be available by the end of June.

I plan on being much more active on this blog and trying to find other ways to reach out to you, including building a contact list for a bi-weekly newsletter about my newest projects.  You can be included on the list by sending an email to provocanyonreview@gmail.com

Blog #25; In Love and War, the Audiobook; production on an audiobook; future projects

 

My debut novel, IN LOVE AND WAR, is now in production as an Audiobook!!  Early in July, it will become available on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes!   If you were interested in the concept of IN LOVE AND WAR, but prefer audiobooks, this just might be the right choice for you.  Also, in the next two days, May 2 and 3, digital copies of my previous collection of stories, SWIMMING AMONG THE OLYMPIANS, will be available for FREE!

I am also working on a collection of New and Collected Stories, called FINE PEOPLE.  This book will be available soon.  By late 2021 or early 2022, A CONTRITE SPIRIT, will be published.   This is a sequel to the novella, UNDER OLD GLORY.

In the future I hope to bring out audiobook editions of my other books.  I find the process exciting and exhilarating.
