I am working on a novel about the life of a man who lived throughout the 20th century and towards the end it gets a little reflective. What meaning do you come away with after living a full life? What makes up a full life? I don't think I come up with adequate answers to those questions, but I think the questions are worth asking in the first place.
What makes us happy? I have thought a lot about this, as my religion asks a lot of questions about the "Plan for Happiness" and seems to answer them quite well. Surrounded by family that loves him at the end of his life, I think the main character has found the secret to a happy life. What are your thoughts?
