Hi, all! Had a great reception to my giveaway earlier in the month, and the biggest draw by far was the ever-popular IN LOVE AND WAR, the bittersweet novel of an American WW II pilot and his German love interest. I have by far had the best reception to this book to anything I've ever written. Some people have even told me it has brought them to tears. So, for the next two days, January 19-20, 2023, I am giving it away for free.

Blog #80; New giveaway, of the short story collection, Physician, Heal Thyself for Thursday and Friday; also, Thoughts about the spiritual value of literary work
Hello, all! I hope your New Year is off to a great start! To help ring in the new year, I am offering, today and the next day, a collection of my latest and so far best short stories for free. I hope you take advantage of this offer and experience some of the adventures in my fiction.
Lately, I have been reading a book by the Mormon writer about the best "literary" books that he has read over the years and the spiritual insight and inspiration he has gained from them. It has become a very interesting journey and has shed light on how I tried to define moral and ethical fiction by LDS writers in a post on the Association of Mormon Letters website last February. Considering these topics helps me to bridge the gap between purely LDS writing and a more universally appealing, spiritually informed fiction. The name of the book is OUT OF THE BEST BOOKS, and is written by a guy named Wilcox. It covers a number of the literary masters from a spiritual perspective and shows how these works teach us further about the Gospel and Christ's teaching. I highly recommend it!
Please read my work as I give it away for free, and please let me know what you think...
Cheers!
