Blog #29; Big Plans for July, including an Audiobook of IN LOVE AND WAR for sale and an all-new collection of short stories!

 After working for a while this year to come up with a collection of stories, both new and previously published, I have opted now that I will soon have enough fresh material to bring you all new stories, newly composed and deftly developed.  The old planned release was titled: FINE PEOPLE, but this newer and more groundbreaking work will be titled FIRST, DO NO HARM: A STORY COLLECTION.  By the end of July, this should be debuting on Amazon and other outlets, with FREE COPIES available to celebrate this milestone event.  "First, Do No Harm" and "Regret" were temporarily released on Amazon this year as mini-books, but now both stories and much more will be available at the low price of .99, and the print version should be available for much less than five dollars.  If you act quickly, when the book is released, you can get this well-crafted collection by an award-winning writer of SHORT STORIES FOR FREE!

The Audiobook for my debut novel is in the final stages of narration and production by the talented Jimmy Moreland.  I am eagerly looking forward to the finished product and to share it with you.   I will be releasing reasonable pricing and opportunities to get the Audiobook from Audible and other outlets.

Blog #28; Big push coming in June and July to encourage more of you to visit my website

 

This month I have been working hard on marketing my blog and making sure the traffic to this website is significantly increased.  I have hired an outside marketing company for a reasonable fee and if I see dramatic increases in my traffic, I will consider continuing or even increasing that company’s involvement in the future.  But for now, I just want to see what they can do.

In addition, production is set to begin on my audiobook for the novel, IN LOVE AND WAR, which is planned to be released the second week in July.  I have a talented narrator working on it, and I am sure from what I have heard so far it will be a pleasant listening experience. If you know of friends and family that don't enjoy, or have the time for, reading, but still like great stories, my audiobook might be just the thing.  I am working with the audiobook producers to make sure it is available at a reasonable price on Audible, Amazon and iTunes.  I will in the near future try to find periodic ways to make some copies of the audiobook available for free.

BOOKS IN THE WORKS: Fine People: New and Collected Short Fiction—this collection will be made available towards the end of the summer, to include new short stories and two old favorites.
